Replacement hospital planned

The Orthopaedic Hospital of Wisconsin will break ground on a new 30-bed, four-level hospital this summer after a favorable review of its plan by the Glendale Plan Commission. The new hospital will be built to the east of the existing facility, 575 W. River Woods Parkway. Go to story

Leaving the car at home

NOW Photo by John O'Hara Later this summer, a person will be able to ride a bike from Sheboygan, through the North Shore, to Milwaukee's lakefront on a paved path. The 10-foot wide, off-road, paved paths making up the route, commonly called bike paths, attract walkers, moms pushing strollers, in-line skaters - and bikers.

in Mother's Day Contest

Holly Hopton Congratulations to Holly and Ruby Hopton of Milwaukee, who were voted the winners in the MyCommunityNOW.com and MilwaukeeMoms.com Mother-Daughter Look-Alike Contest.Mother and daughter each will receive a $250 savings account courtesy of Johnson Bank.
